Plain-language summary. The specific refund terms for any paid engagement are set out in the signed engagement letter or scope of work, which controls in case of any conflict.
Donor-Ready Website & Growth Blueprint ($500 one-time)
Refundable in full before kickoff. Once we begin work, the fee is partially refundable on a fair, pro-rata basis reflecting work delivered to that point.
Grant Activation Support ($1,000 fixed)
Billed only upon approval / activation of your Google Ad Grant. Because the fee is contingent on approval, it is not refundable once paid — the work and the outcome have already been delivered.
3-Month Paid Google Ads Launch Support ($1,500 fixed)
Refundable in full before kickoff. After kickoff, the fee is refundable on a fair, pro-rata basis tied to which of the three months have been delivered. Ad spend (paid by you directly to Google) is not refundable through us.

Mission Support, Growth Plus, and Mission Story Video have their own refund terms set out in the written scope you sign before work begins.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@parkbench13media.com. We'll respond within five business days with a calculation and next steps.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We'd much rather resolve a concern in writing than through a chargeback dispute, and we will respond promptly.
